These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed with KORSHA ("KORSHA", "we", "us") through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them in full.

Pricing

All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping fees, import duties or taxes. We may update our prices at any time without prior notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Payment

Orders must be paid in full at checkout, using the payment methods shown there, before they are dispatched.

Order processing, shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within minutes of confirmation. Within the UAE we deliver the same day with Quiqup. International orders ship with DHL Express or UPS and usually arrive within 3 to 7 days of dispatch. All delivery times are estimates. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Duties and taxes

For international orders, all import duties, taxes and customs charges are the customer's responsibility. A shipment refused because of unpaid duties or taxes may be destroyed or returned to KORSHA. The order is then forfeited and no refund or credit is issued.

Returns and claims

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and no refund or credit note is issued for a change of mind. Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and faulty items within 7 days. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Order cancellations and changes

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Small changes such as size or quantity may be requested before dispatch but are not guaranteed. You are responsible for checking that your sizes, quantities and delivery details are correct before you place it.

Product availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If a piece becomes unavailable, we may fulfil your order in part or remove or cancel the unavailable item.

Personal use and resale

Products are sold for personal use. Resale through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay and similar platforms, is not permitted without our prior written consent.

Intellectual property

All KORSHA branding, imagery, designs and content are the exclusive property of KORSHA and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

KORSHA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods in the relevant order.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruption, customs delays or government action.

Accounts

We may suspend or close a customer account at our discretion in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment or payment disputes, or misuse or misrepresentation of the KORSHA brand.

Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
