All KORSHA orders are sent from Dubai.

Order processing

Orders are processed within minutes of confirmation. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand, product launches or operational delays.

Delivery within the UAE

Orders within the United Arab Emirates are delivered the same day with Quiqup.

International delivery

International orders are shipped with DHL Express or UPS and are usually delivered within 3 to 7 days of dispatch.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer. Express shipping is complimentary on orders over AED 2,000.

Duties and taxes

For international orders, all import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused because duties or taxes have not been paid, it may be destroyed or returned to KORSHA. In that case the order is forfeited and no refund or credit is issued.

All delivery times are estimates. They may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.
